Server Issue - Limited Functionality (UPDATED)

Greetings from Jethost Internet Services.
We are currently working on an issue with some server hardware which may be affecting some clients. Affected services are email and web access, and we have directly emailed those who are likely to be affected.
A server hard drive hard drive is currently operating in read-only mode as a failsafe at this time, pointing to a likelihood of a potential sector error in the future. With data security at the forefront of our concern, we are taking steps to immediately replace the hardware within the server with a brand new drive.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused as we address this issue - although this issue could safely be postponed for a number of weeks, our policy is always to address such matters immediately they arise so as to protect against even the minutest possibility of data loss.
At this stage, write functionality will be re-enabled within 60 minutes - we will send out a further notification once the hardware replacement has been completed.
12:28pm - We thank you for your patience. The data restore has taken longer than expected and we apologise for this. The server is online once more, although we are reconfiguring system files that are necessary to allow normal functioning of web and email to resume. We will post an update very shortly.
1:08pm - Our technicians have advised us that the outage is now going to be significantly longer due to the need to restore the entire hard drive. The server will now be offline for a period of between 4-9 hours. As per our Service Level Agreement, this may result in an account credit being made available to your account. We will keep this page updated with any progress.
3.56pm - The data restore has now commenced and the new hard drive information has very nearly been copied to the drive. After this we will need to undertake some routine system maintenance to ensure that everything is functioning normally. We do not expect there to be any residual issues - services should just resume once the data has been restored. Our 'best case' estimate of 4pm may be very close to the server being online once more - but we will post an update immediately we have definitive confirmation. Thank you once more for your understanding - we respect the patience you have displayed at this time.
4.14pm - 50% of data has now been restored onto the server.
4.52pm - The data restore itself has been completed, although this does NOT mean that the websites and email are working yet. We are now working on system files as a last step in the process before the server is fully responsive once more.
5.59pm - IP Addresses are now being restored, beginning with the main shared IP address of 66.7.205.99
6.00pm - Web and email services have now been restored for 95% of clients at this stage. Thank you for your patience.
6.37pm - All services are now online once more and the repairs are complete.
