Changing Domain Registrant Information

When somebody performs a WHOIS lookup on a domain name, some information will be made publicly available through the WHOIS database. Generally speaking, there are three main contacts for a domain name - the registrant (usually the person who registers the domain), the billing contact and the technical contact. By default, when you register a domain with Jethost, we will set ourselves as the billing and technical contact, and enter your details as the registrant - this is standard practice. At this stage however, you are unable to modify the registrant details from within your client area (watch this space - it's coming soon!). This does not at all mean, however, that this cannot be done. Simply email domains@jethost.net.nz with your domain name and request, and we will action it for you in the speediest of ways.
