Viewing and Changing Your Details

Changing your details in the self-service area is easy. Log into the self-service area if you are not already logged in (if you are logged in, click on "Account Profile" on the left hand side). On this main page, you will see your profile area located at the bottom of the page. There is an 'Edit' button which will allow you to change your details quickly and simply. There are four main areas of your profile which you can change to suit: My Details These are your own personal details that we will hold and use to communicate with you. We would love it if you kept these details up to date - in particular your email address and telephone number, ensuring we can contact you easily if required. Manage Contacts / Add New Contact You may not be the only person involved with your website. You may be the person who does the design or development, you may be the person who pays the bills - anybody! Our self-service and billing area allows the client account holder to ensure that different people are copied in on relevant communication. You may wish to add a contact to ensure that somebody receives all invoices and notifications. You may wish to add your web-developer as a contact to ensure they are notified of all technical announcements and support tickets. Or you may wish to add your Mum as a contact if she pays for your domain name each year, so she can be emailed any expiry notices that may be coming up... Credit Card Details Here is a secure area where you can enter and amend your credit card details as necessary (our self-service area is fully PCI compliant and secured to the highest standard). Keeping your credit card details up to date makes invoice payment really easy. Invoices are generated 14 days prior to the due date and emailed to you. You have that 14 day period to contact us if you believe any aspect of the invoice is correct. If you do not contact us within that time (and we have your credit card details on file) then the correct amount is simply debited from your card on the due date.
